The deal in plain terms, the guarantee in writing, the honest numbers as well as the good ones, and every document you'd want to read. Fifteen minutes here covers more than most people check.
One launch fee, four packages (1 to 10 stores) — the only money you pay us up front. Our second half only ever comes from profit, after you've been paid back. Advertising and normal store running costs are funded separately. Financing the launch fee is optional, from 2.5% down.
Profitable on your ads by day 120 — or your call: a full refund of the launch fee, or the next 120 days on us. Single written trigger; conditions apply and are linked below.
Gross sales for clients who launched, ran ads and tested 10+ products (2020–2026 dataset). Across all 730 client entries — including those who never launched — $6,084/mo. Gross, not profit. Some earn nothing or lose money.
$50/day minimum ad budget plus ~$39/mo Shopify and apps. Ad spend is at risk whether or not it sells. Or start on the organic track: no ad budget, two A.I.-made posts a day that you publish.
$25,000 on Portfolio. You separately fund advertising and normal store running costs.
100% of net profit is yours until you've recovered every dollar of it.
30% on Portfolio, capped at a second $25,000. No profit, no fee, ever.
Keep us on at half the rate with no minimum, or run the stores yourself at 0%.
Not profitable by day 120? Full refund of the launch fee, or 120 more days free.

Success fee accrues only after cumulative net profit equals the launch fee, is collected monthly from profit only, and stops once it has paid a second launch fee. Long-term rate has no monthly minimum; if a store's share falls under $1,000/month for three months we hand it back rather than charge a retainer. Every package includes a lifetime licence, seven A.I. employees per store, white-glove setup, stores in your name, 100% done-for-you operations, coaching and course library, and your choice of track.
Up to 30 days to build and launch, then 90 days live. If your stores aren't profitable on their ads by day 120 — after a test you funded and let run — it's your call, and the full conditions are published at aiministores.com/money-back-guarantee-terms.
Financing is optional, not required: the launch fee can be financed from 2.5% of the total package down through an independent lender, subject to credit approval. Half our fee comes from profit either way.
Every package runs on either track, and you can switch whenever you like. The difference is what you put in and how fast it compounds.
Our team writes, launches and optimises across up to 10 product tests, cuts the losers and scales the winners. You never touch an ad account.
Two pieces of content a day, generated for you. You review, post, and log two quick action items — about twenty minutes a day.
Different niches, different starting points — some early wins, some scaled brands. Watch the ones that look most like your situation.

A due-diligence page that only lists upside isn't due diligence. These are the limits, in plain language — the agreement says the same thing in longer words.
Every package is split in two. The launch fee — 50% of the package — is paid up front (wire, card, or financed from 2.5% down). The other half is a success fee that only ever comes from your stores' net profit, only after you've recovered the launch fee, and only until it has paid a second launch fee. If the stores never profit, we never see it. It isn't a loan and there's no interest.
Yes, one written trigger: by the end of the 120-day Guarantee Period (up to 30 days setup + 90 active campaign days), at least one of your ads has averaged 1.7× return on ad spend over any 10 consecutive days — or, on the content track, profitable sales from your content. If not, you elect either a full refund of the launch fee (less the processing fee in the agreement) or another 120 days of managed services free. Never both. Conditions: $50/day per store in testing (or 80% of the daily content actions), up to 10 products tested as scheduled, accounts in good standing. Exact terms →
A share of net profit — 40 / 30 / 20 / 15% by package — that starts only after cumulative net profit equals your launch fee and stops once it has paid a second launch fee. Net profit is defined in the agreement: sales minus product, shipping, fees, ad spend and software. At the qualified average on Portfolio, you're typically paid back within the first two or three months and our share is finished before the end of the first year — the scenarios above show the range.
Your call. Keep us running the stores day-to-day at half the success-fee rate (15% on Portfolio) with no monthly minimum, locked for life — or take them in-house with your own team or A.I. agents at 0%. If you keep us on and a store's share drops under $1,000 a month for three months, we hand it back fully documented rather than charge a retainer.
Shopify (~$39/month), the ad budget on the ads track ($50/day per store ≈ $1,500/month), and product cost, which comes out of each sale. Some apps are optional; free alternatives exist for most. Start-up perks from third-party providers can cover $10K–$100K+ in software and A.I. credits, subject to their approval.
The minimum on the ads track is $50/day per store. If that's a stretch, start on the organic track: two A.I.-made content pieces a day that you publish, no ad spend, and switch to ads once the first profits can fund them. Syndicate testing also pools product tests across clients so your budget goes further.
Financing is optional and covers the launch fee only, through independent lenders (Affirm, Klarna, Elective and others; US & Canada; 0–36% APR by credit profile) from 5% of the launch fee down. You're responsible for repayments regardless of store performance. If you're declined, nothing changes about the deal — pay the launch fee by wire or card and the success fee still only comes from profit.
Real ones. You can lose time, and the money spent on ads and software — ad spend is at risk whether or not it produces sales. Margins can be negative during testing. Our commitment reduces the risk on the launch fee — it doesn't eliminate it, and no profit is guaranteed. If any of this would cause hardship, don't enrol.
Before building her own brands, Elle spent over six years in marketing with global names including ALO and Charlotte Tilbury — helping Charlotte Tilbury become the #2 beauty brand in the Middle East and scaling ALO across four markets. Today she runs multiple online businesses that generate seven figures in client revenue, combining A.I., e-commerce, content and digital businesses.
Elle graduated in Economics & Mathematics in 2018 and followed the "safe" path into corporate marketing — growing to $80K a year before the long hours made her question what success was really for. She started investing early (a finance-background father taught her markets and risk from childhood) and eventually traded the corporate ladder for solo travel, courses, A.I. and digital marketing. Her focus now: practical ways to turn emerging technology into real businesses — so people without a big team, a technical background or years of experience can build in the new A.I. economy.
