This website, aiministores.com (the “Website”), is owned and operated by AICommerce Group - FZCO, a Dubai Free Zone Company (“AICommerce Group - FZCO,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business under the brand AI Mini Stores. Through the Website we offer educational programs, coaching, software tools, and related digital products and services in the areas of marketing, sales, e-commerce, and business development (collectively, the “Services”).
AICommerce Group - FZCO is an education and training company. We are not selling a business opportunity, a franchise, a “get rich quick” scheme, or any system that promises income. Our mission is to build well-designed courses and deliver an outstanding learning experience. We believe education helps people make better-informed business decisions, but we do not — and cannot — guarantee that any participant will earn money or achieve any particular outcome. We do not make earnings claims, efforts claims, or claims that our training will make you money.
2. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of the Website and the Services. Please read them carefully before using the Website.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS, THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THEM, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THEM.
If you do not accept these Terms — or if at any point you are no longer willing to be bound by them — you must (a) decline any “I accept” or similar prompt, (b) stop any download or installation in progress, (c) immediately discontinue all access to and use of the Services, and (d) delete any copies of our materials in your possession.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website or to purchase any product or Service from us. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You further acknowledge that you are accessing the Services for business purposes. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, in which case “you” and “your” refer to that organization.
4. Educational Nature of the Services; No Earnings Guarantee
Any income or earnings figures referenced by AICommerce Group - FZCO, its advertisers, or its sponsors in connection with AI Mini Stores programs (collectively, the “AI Mini Stores Programs”) are aspirational statements of potential only. Testimonials, case studies, and success stories describe exceptional, non-typical results and are not a promise or guarantee that you or anyone else will achieve the same. Your results will depend entirely on factors specific to you — including your capacity, work ethic, business skills, experience, motivation, diligence in applying what you learn, market conditions, the ordinary and unforeseeable risks of doing business, and other variables outside anyone's control.
Building or investing in any business involves risk, and it is possible to lose some or all of the money you put in. Our training is general in nature; certain strategies may not suit every person or situation. We make no representation about the likelihood that any actual or hypothetical venture will achieve a particular result or perform in any predictable way.
The AI Mini Stores Programs are not responsible for your decisions. You alone are responsible for your actions, and your evaluation and use of our products and Services should rest on your own due diligence. You agree that the AI Mini Stores Programs bear no liability to you of any kind for the results you obtain (or fail to obtain) from our products and Services. 5. Accounts and Login Credentials
Registering for certain Services requires creating login credentials and providing personally identifying information — which may include your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment details, depending on the Service. All registration information you provide must be accurate and kept current.
You agree that you will not supply false information when creating an account. In particular, you will not (a) select or use another person's or company's credentials with intent to impersonate them, or (b) use credentials in which someone else holds rights without that party's authorization. Doing so is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account — including activity by anyone you allow to use your credentials — on this Website and our related social media. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you share or transfer your credentials to another party.
6. Personal License; No Transfer or Sharing
The rights granted to you under these Terms are personal to you. The Services and all associated materials — including audio and video presentations, documentation, software, and printed or digital resources (collectively, the “Content”) — may not be assigned, sublicensed, transferred, pledged, sold, leased, rented, lent, or otherwise made available to anyone else, in whole or in part.
Only authorized users who have personally accepted these Terms may participate in or use the Services, Content, and related materials. Except as these Terms expressly allow, you may not provide the Content or any license key to a third party, use the Content to teach any portion of the Services to a third party, or use the Content for any purpose beyond the rights expressly granted to you.
7. Intellectual Property
All Content and other elements of the Services — including materials published on the Website and on our related social media channels — are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and international treaties, and are owned or controlled by AICommerce Group - FZCO / AI Mini Stores or the party credited as the Content provider. You agree to comply with any additional copyright notices, attributions, or restrictions that accompany any Content accessed through the Services.
We and our third-party licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Content and all other elements of the Services, including all associated rights under copyright, trade secret, patent, and trademark law. Apart from the limited, revocable license expressly granted here, these Terms give you no ownership stake or other interest in the Content, the Services, or any of our intellectual property — whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. All trademarks and service marks used in connection with the Services belong to us; you acquire no right, license, or interest in those marks, and you agree not to assert rights in them or in any confusingly similar words or designs.
You may not modify, publish, transmit, sell, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce (except where expressly permitted for storing downloadable materials), create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or otherwise exploit any Content or any part of the Services (including software). Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Purchases; All Sales Final
Unless we state otherwise in writing for a specific product or Service sold through this Website, AICommerce Group - FZCO maintains a no-refund policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you are waiving any right to claim a refund of fees paid for access to and use of the products and Services offered on this Website.

9. Digital Content; Waiver of Cooling-Off Refunds
Because our intellectual property is digital, downloadable, and easily shareable, once you have been granted access to the private members area, refund requests based on a change of heart or a “cooling-off” period are waived. Any guarantee that applies to specific materials under these Terms or a separate agreement remains valid, even after the content has been accessed.
10. Financing (Buy Now, Pay Later)
To help facilitate enrollment, the Company may make third-party financing (“Buy Now, Pay Later” or “BNPL”) options available through providers such as Affirm. Financing is currently available to eligible customers in the United States and Canada only, is subject to credit approval by the lender, and may carry an annual percentage rate ranging from 0% to 36% APR depending on the lender's assessment.
Every financing arrangement is a contract made directly between you and the lender. AICommerce Group - FZCO is neither a lender nor a broker, and we do not guarantee loan approval, rates, terms, or outcomes. Where a program is marketed with performance-oriented messaging, that language describes the Company's service-delivery model — it does not create a deferred, conditional, or contingent payment obligation. If you finance your enrollment, you remain fully responsible for repaying the lender under the terms of your financing agreement regardless of your business results or your satisfaction with the program. You acknowledge that your financing agreement is a legally binding obligation independent of any outcome from the program, and that no refund, guarantee, or other contingency changes your duty to repay the loan in full.
11. AI Mini Stores Suite — TikTok Application
What the App Is
The AI Mini Stores Suite TikTok application (the “App”) is a software tool operated by AICommerce Group - FZCO that lets users create AI-generated video advertisements and publish them to their own TikTok accounts through the TikTok Content Posting API.
How It Works
After connecting your TikTok account, you can generate AI-powered video ads inside the AI Mini Stores Suite platform, preview each video before it goes live, publish content directly to your connected TikTok profile, and choose the privacy setting, interaction controls (comments, duet, stitch), and content-disclosure options for every post. Nothing is published to your TikTok account until you have expressly reviewed and authorized the upload, and you retain full ownership of all creative content generated through the App.
Permissions You Grant
Connecting your TikTok account authorizes the App to (a) access your TikTok username, display name, and profile avatar for display inside the App interface, and (b) publish video content to your TikTok profile on your behalf using the video.publish scope. The App does not access or collect your TikTok analytics or performance metrics, your ad-spend or advertising-account data, or your followers list, direct messages, or any personal information beyond what is listed above.
Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion
When you connect your TikTok account, the App stores your TikTok open ID and access token (needed to publish on your behalf) and your TikTok display name and avatar URL (for in-App display). This data is stored securely, is used only to provide the App's publishing functionality, and is never sold, shared, or provided to any third party. It is retained only while your account remains connected. You may request deletion of your TikTok-related data at any time by emailing support@aiministores.com; upon a deletion request or disconnection of your account, we delete your stored TikTok access tokens and associated data within 30 days.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect your TikTok account from the App at any time in your account settings, or revoke access directly inside TikTok at Settings → Security → Manage App Permissions. Once disconnected, the App can no longer post to your account, and your stored credentials are deleted.
Your Control
You control everything published to your TikTok account. No content is posted without your explicit review and consent; you set the privacy level and can enable or disable comments, duets, and stitches on each post; and you may disconnect the App whenever you choose.
TikTok's Own Terms
Your use of the App with TikTok is also governed by TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Music Usage Confirmation. If these Terms conflict with TikTok's terms, TikTok's terms control with respect to your use of the TikTok platform.
App Liability
The App is provided “as is.” We take reasonable steps to keep it working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful publication of content, or the availability of TikTok's API. We are not liable for content that TikTok rejects, removes, or restricts after publishing, or for changes to TikTok's platform or API that affect the App's functionality. All other terms, conditions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions in these Terms of Service also apply to your use of the App.
12. Your Responsibility as a Client
Our programs are developed strictly for educational purposes. You accept full responsibility — 100% — for your own progress and results. The Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether verbal or written. Given the nature and scope of the programs, results differ significantly from client to client. As with any business undertaking, there is an inherent risk of losing capital, and there is no assurance you will reach your goals through participation. Program education and materials are intended for a general audience and are not, and should not be construed as, advice tailored to any individual. The Company accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in program materials.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide training, seminars, and business coaching only, and we guarantee no specific results. You acknowledge that we make no promise that you will earn any particular amount of money — or any money at all — or that you will not lose money, through use of the Services.
Any earnings, revenue, or income statements appearing on this Website or our social media are based on actual individual client results and/or stated estimates. There is no assurance you will match those figures. Your outcome will depend on your own abilities, experience, knowledge, dedication, and countless variables beyond our control — including variables neither of us may have anticipated. Every person's results differ, and no level of success is guaranteed.
Every business carries unknown risks — especially online, where conditions change rapidly. Your use of our information, products, and Services must rest on your own due diligence, and YOU AGREE THAT WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR YOUR SUCCESS OR FAILURE. By accepting these Terms, you take full responsibility for your own results.
THE SERVICES, CONTENT, AND ALL DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF TITLE AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

14. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable to you, or to any party connected to you, for any damages — including damages for lost business profits or other financial loss — whether based in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other theory, even if we were advised that such damages were possible. The limitations described in these Terms apply to the fullest extent enforceable under applicable law.
15. Indemnification and Release
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, related entities, trustees, affiliates, and successors from and against all liabilities and expenses of any kind — including claims, damages, judgments, awards, settlements, investigations, costs, attorneys' fees, and disbursements — that any of them incurs or becomes obligated to pay arising out of or resulting from the offering for sale, sale, or use of our products, except to the extent such liability results from the Company's breach of this Agreement or from the sole negligence or willful misconduct of the Company or its shareholders, trustees, affiliates, or successors. You agree to defend the Company in any legal or regulatory action arising from or related to this Agreement, and you acknowledge that the Company's shareholders, trustees, affiliates, and successors will not be held personally responsible or liable for the Company's actions or representations.
In consideration of, and as part of your payment for, the right to participate in the AI Mini Stores Programs, you — together with your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns — release, waive, acquit, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AICommerce Group - FZCO / AI Mini Stores and its subsidiaries, principals, directors, employees, agents, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, along with any training instructors, guides, staff, or students taking part in the training, and any venue at which programs are held (if applicable) and that venue's owners, executives, agents, and staff (collectively, the “Releasees”), from all actions, causes of action, contracts, claims, suits, costs, demands, and damages of any nature or kind, at law or in equity, arising from your participation in the Programs.
16. Consent to Use of Your Information
By accepting these Terms, you agree that we may collect, use, and disclose the identifying information obtained through your membership for (a) processing your membership application and (b) administering your membership within our organization. Our Privacy Policy explains our full data protection practices, including how to access and correct your personal information or withdraw consent to its collection, use, or disclosure.
In addition, when you communicate with us, send us information, or provide content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to exercise all copyright and publicity rights in that content, in any manner and in any media now known or later developed, in connection with this Website, the Services, and our related social media.
17. Termination
We may discontinue the Services on this Website at our discretion, without notice and without liability, for any reason — including your breach of these Terms. You may close any account you establish through this Website at any time by giving us written notice.
18. Order Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled by AICommerce Group - FZCO, a Dubai Free Zone Company, located at IFZA Business Park, 56411-001, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
19. Changes to the Services and These Terms
These Terms may not be modified or amended orally, by implication, or in any manner other than a duly executed writing or as otherwise permitted by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or otherwise change the Services available through this Website and our related social media accounts, and we may introduce new or different services and features in the future — all of which will be governed by these Terms.
Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms, or to act against any party in the event of a breach, is not a waiver of our ability to enforce that right or to act on later breaches.
20. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This Agreement is entered into in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is declared void or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from these Terms, and the declaration will have no effect on the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
