Charlotte Tilbury launch night & an Alo Yoga event — two of the brands Elle helped grow.
Before building her own brands, Elle spent over six years in marketing, working with global names including ALO and Charlotte Tilbury. She helped Charlotte Tilbury become the #2 beauty brand in the Middle East, and helped scale ALO across four markets as it grew into a leading name in wellness.
Those years taught her what most people never see: how world-class brands are actually built — product, story, positioning and relentless testing of what customers respond to. It was training she would quietly carry into everything she built next.
The corporate years — doing everything “right.”
Elle graduated with a degree in Economics & Mathematics in 2018 and did exactly what she was supposed to: she took the safe route into corporate marketing and worked her way up to $80,000 a year — global brands on her résumé, a clear path forward, and every box ticked.
On paper, she had built her dream career. The problem was what it cost to keep it.
With her father — the man who taught her about markets.
Her interest in building wealth started long before entrepreneurship. Growing up with a father from a finance background — someone who has spent 40+ years investing and trading in financial markets — Elle learned about markets, risk and investing from an early age.
Once she began earning her own salary, she started actively investing and trading alongside her career, often putting much of what she earned back into the markets. What began as a passion for marketing, investing and building wealth quietly became the foundation for the businesses she runs today.
Success was climbing — and it was costing her her time.
The further she progressed, the more success seemed to come at the cost of her time. Long hours, late nights and sacrificed weekends pushed her to question what she actually wanted her life to look like.
“I didn’t leave corporate because I failed at it. I left because I finally asked myself what I was building it for.”
In search of more purpose, Elle began using her savings to travel solo across the world. Along the way she met entrepreneurs, creators and business owners who had built their careers around their lives — not their lives around their careers.
Those experiences completely shifted her definition of success. Instead of chasing the next promotion, she began investing thousands into courses, AI and digital marketing — applying her years of brand-building and customer acquisition experience to e-commerce and the online world.

Businesses built around a life — not a life around a business.
AI Mini Stores and Elle’s Academy bring together everything she learned across marketing, e-commerce and artificial intelligence. Her focus is on finding practical ways to turn emerging technology into real businesses — helping aspiring entrepreneurs without a huge team, a technical background or years of experience start building in the new AI economy.
No hype. No get-rich promises. Just the same playbook she used to scale global brands, now pointed at the opportunity most people can’t yet see.
Elle’s not building alone — a senior team runs the stores, the tech and the client experience day to day.
